Cancellation Policy
I require 24 hour notice to cancel or make any changes to scheduled appointment. If 24 hour notice is not made the card on file will be charged 50% of the scheduled service. Day of cancellation/NO Call No Show will be charged 50% of scheduled service.
If you are going to be more than 15 minutes late to your appointment your appointment will be marked as a no show and will be charged 50%.
Refunds
I do NOT offer any refunds.
If you are unhappy with your service I am happy for you to return and I will redo the service. The redo will need to be done within 7 days of the original date.
